Recently I found myself in the middle of an automobile mishap (accident). I called my insurance company and reported the incident. I was told I should contact the insurance company of the driver that caused the mishap and report the incidence to them. The reason given by my insurance company for having me contact the other insurance company was to save me time. Balderdash! Nevertheless, I complied with their request.

Many people today want to know more about technical stocks and bonds investing to achieve their financial goals. Actually, the truth is this: technical investing applies more to stocks than bonds, because of the longer term nature of bonds.

Here’s a brief overview of technical investing: this is essentially investing trying to predict a pattern about a stock price, and capitalize on that. For instance, if a technical investor sees that a particular stock has been going up for a week, then they will generally look at its’ past history.

As a Virtual Assistant, I send and receive a large amount of e-mail on a daily basis. I can always tell when someone is either in a rush or simply doesn’t like to type. Their messages come through with misspelled words, with little regard for punctuation and grammar. What’s worse is when the tone or meaning of the message isn’t clear.

Here are some easy rules of thumb to keep in mind when you are sending and receiving e-mail, especially for business purposes:

If you’ve decided to add stress toys to your range of promotional products, you have several important choices to make, which will most likely depend on what goods or services your company provides. There is quite an extensive variety of stress toys available, so it’s relatively easy to choose items that reflect the business you’re in.

While one of your important considerations will be the price of the items, with most items ranging from ₤0.50 to ₤1.00 each, there is not a huge amount of different in price with the majority of stress toys. In addition, most are made from fairly similar materials and manufactured in similar ways, so there are no big decisions to be made when it comes to the materials used in making the items.

I’m tired of working for someone else, punching the clock and living from paycheck to paycheck. I figured there has got to be another way to make money on my own time. I have heard that people make a living selling used items either online or face-to-face. But I couldn’t figure out where to get stuff to sell really, really cheap. That was, until I heard about government and police surplus. I sort of stumbled upon the idea when a neighbor kid has his bike stolen. The police asked them to come to the unclaimed property building in town to see if someone had turned in his bike or if it had been recovered in a bust. My neighbor was amazed at the amount of stuff they had in unclaimed property. He asked what they did with all the stolen goods that went unclaimed. They said that it is sold to the public at public auctions several times a year! This was my answer!

Last year I managed to get a trip out to Florida to do some diving, Being quite an experienced PADI Diver I decided to go and have a look at the Oriskany reef. The Oriskany Reef is an artificial reef made from and old air craft carrier its quite a huge “wreck” I use the term loosely as it was deliberately sunk to produce a new reef environment.

The Oriskany reef lies off the coast of Florida and is not recommended for novice divers as by US Marine Law it has to be a minimum of 55 feet navigational clearance from the surface to allow shipping to pass comfortably over it.

But the question is how many businesses and organizations really make innovation a top priority? And how many businesses and organizations are truly good at innovation? Three different types of treatment regimens are in vogue for treating menopause. These include hormone replacement therapy, alternative therapy and adjunctive therapy.

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT), using estrogen and progestin supplements, is considered as the most conventional treatment for menopause and is widely suggested by physicians. These hormones are taken in the form of pills, patches, creams or vaginal inserts. Apart from relieving menopausal symptoms, hormonal intake for more than 5 years also helps in delaying osteoporosis, regulating cholesterol levels, improving memory and protecting against heart disease. There are various other benefits of estrogen therapy including decreased risk of occurrence of certain diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, colorectal cancer, insulin resistance, muscular degeneration and cataract.
